Do you have a degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, data analytics, statistics, research or a related discipline?
Approximately 3–5 years’ experience in social listening, social intelligence, digital insights, audience intelligence, sentiment analysis or digital strategy, ideally within an agency, marketing or communications environment
Can you demonstrate experience translating social, digital or audience data into strategic insight and recommendations?
Familiarity with SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SproutSocial, Hubspot, MailChimp or comparable tools is advantageous.
Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager and digital channels including websites, e-commerce, paid media, social media, email and CRM is beneficial
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work to deadline.
